Fred Rodolf is a seasoned project manager and lifelong professional mariner with extensive experience across the global maritime industry. Holding both a Master’s License and an Engineer’s License, Fred has spent his career operating, maintaining, and refitting vessels, particularly in the demanding oil and gas sector. With a strong foundation in both technical operations and leadership, Fred brings unmatched expertise, reliability, and a results-driven approach to every project he undertakes.

Grant Maughan is an Australian seafarer whose maritime career has spanned the best part of 36-years on various types of vessels from deep-sea fishing trawlers and purse-seiners, to tugs, research, dive and cargo vessels . He has sailed in all oceans including the Arctic and Antarctic.

A broad experience in new-building, refit and repair plus a solid operational background with ISM, Class and Flag led to a natural segue to concept design using CAD and Rhino3D software.
